The Ogden Beach

This is what happens when you have a few ice storms, then some snow, and then it all melts--a sandbar appears in the parking lot.

This seedpod was gorgeous with the frost and slanted morning rays.

Can't Believe They Grow This on Purpose

These are the "landscape plants" around the glorified Morton building that I work in.

Blowing in the morning sun.

I guess they are sorta pretty.

Quintessential Kansas

This is a photo of the "balance beam" outside the door at work that I've mentioned elsewhere. I was going for "This is Kansas" but I got a little too much "This is Kansas on a dreary winter day." (Be sure to notice the auger for sale across the street.)

And one taken toward the building. I like the contrast of the grass against the red.
