Happy Trials!

One of my coworkers is moving on to a new position closer to home (she was commuting from KC), and, well, we ordered an ice cream cake. It was supposed to say, "Happy TrAils!" in reference to her leaving and going off to have a happy life. Instead, we got the above cake, "Happy TrIals!" We're all editors. It's hIlarious... And I bet that ice cream worker thought that she'd never use spelling class, "Bleh, I hate this class! That's what spellchecker is for..."
Plus, my new favorite mug that Rozsa sent me from Colorado! It's SO red on the inside. :)

More work on the banner...
Deotrich paints the kingdom ensign.
The sky (and some mountains if you look closely) on the way to the airport and back to the flatlands.

She's so gorgeous.

Noodle Landscape

OK, there's a definite desperation here... :)These are some really cool, colorful noodles that I got at a farmers' market in Ft. Collins.

Silliness and snow

I've discovered that I don't take a lot of photos of people. So here's one for you. Jennie/Rivkah making faces for the camera:

She's actually a very beautiful girl. :)

Here's the snow in Colorado. This is how Jeanne-Marie's street looks right now.

And one more airport photo to round out the weekend. DIA escalators--

Travelling...

OK, I lied. I'm having fun. (Shhhh, don't tell anyone.) This is my photo for today: Deotrich's dress kilt and sporran hanging blithely on the back of the bathroom door.

But, I also like the following:
MCI:

DIA:

I love how the furry coat looks, and that guy's GQ pose, and the seemingly abandoned stroller. :)
And here's how I spent the majority of my evening:

How else would you celebrate time with friends on a cold, snowy Colorado night?
Sleep well, my friends.
