Light and Shadow

It's cold here. It was extremely cold this morning--wished for buffalo blankets in the car cold--and as I shivered my way in the door I thought, "No standing in a snow drift taking pictures today." But then the sun came out, as it often does in my world, and reminded me to be warm and enjoy life. So, a couple of silly snow pictures.

Window on the World


From where I sit at work, I can see out Andrew's window. It looks directly out at an overpass for I-470.

The phone won't let you see the dreary day outside. I kinda like that the affect is purple. I took several of these, some of them are even straight-ish. But this is the crooked one--so I like it best. :)
